Casyndra rotates through the factions approx. each hour. You need to be neutral to at least one of the factions Melos, Naxos or Skyros to get her quest.
- For Melos she sends you to kill Minkhat (purple at 22k,47k) if Melos.
- For Naxos she sends you to kill Thieving Octopus (purple at 60k,10k-65k,12k).
- For Skyros she sends you to kill Razorfin (yellow at 20k,15k).
- Kill the mob and bring back Casyndra's Trophy. Get her key and open the chest below her. The Artefact has a chance to be found there.
